2 slices of your favourite toast or 1 individual baguette sliced length ways
1 TBSP date paste
2 TBSPs peanut butter
1 TBSP cacao nibs
1 large banana slice length ways
1/4 tsp cinnamon
drizzle of coconut oil
1. Toast your toast or place your baguette under the grill.
2. Sprinkle the inside side of your banana with cinnamon, place face down in a pan on medium heat with the coconut oil. Lightly fry until your banana is golden brown.
3. Smother your toast with date paste, then add the peanut butter, top with the banana halves, sprinkle with cacao nibs and a little extra cinnamon.
